Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well know reputable business based in Barlborough, Chesterfield.

The opportunity offers a temporary position initially for 4 weeks. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be instrumental in providing effective purchase ledger support as part of a large purchase ledger team.

The stressful candidate will be immediately available and can commence the role ASAP.

Purchase Ledger Clerk Duties & Responsibilities:

- Processing of supplier invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Working closely with other departments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Cash/bank reporting
- Processing of company expenses
- Bank Reconciliation's

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

- Previous purchase ledger experience preferably within a fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Immediately available or available at short notice
- Intermediate excel skills
- Good customer service skills
