Head of Global Sales

Elevation Recruitment are the retained partner with ADE in the search for a Head of Global Sales.

ADE Ltd part of the PBE Group have operated within the diesel generator and switchgear industry since 1995. With a fantastic manufacturing site in the UK ADE support customers across; Diesel Generators, Acoustic Solutions, Switchgear Housing including modular and Value Added Services.

This is a brand new role within the Senior Management Team and as Head of Global Sales, you will play an integral part in their global expansion plans.

Based in the UK with regular international travel, leading the global sales division, the role includes:

• Own, develop and drive an effective and profitable sales plan including headcount planning, sales forecasting and budget management
• Drive the global expansion in target countries, whilst ensuring the needs of key customers are being met
• Work closely with top tier customers to ensure retention and account growth, reviewing expectations, changes, pricing, logistics and market changes to ensure ADE remain their supplier / partner of choice
• Understand and feedback market intelligence including competitor activity – providing insight on pricing, contract wins and product demand
• Develop and recommend key sales and marketing activities including trade shows / exhibitions / speaker opportunities / marketing lead generation campaigns and online awareness.
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Support to ensure customers are receiving the services required and expectations are being met

Skills and Experience for the Head of Marketing:

• Recent relevant experience in related market sectors
• International Sales experience required
• Experience of successfully leading and developing teams
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve 100% sales targets and those of the wider sales team
• Ability to travel when required Globally
• Strong business and financial acumen and understanding of overall business objectives with a proven track record of delivering sustainable and profitable growth
Working Requirements

• Role to be based in UK with International Travel
