Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with one of our clients in Hull to appoint a HRBP for their busy manufacturing site.

Reporting into the Head of HR this is a fully generalist role operating as part of the wider team and supporting stakeholders across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to have an emphasis on coaching and supporting mangers to effectively manage and develop their people in line with their business plan by attracting and retaining talent and increasing capability through supporting the development of talent.

Experience required in this role:

- Manage recruitment, supporting managers with headcount planning, attraction of high calibre talent and end to end recruitment processes including onboarding
- Develop and coordinate learning and development programmes that build business capability, fosters retention and ensures legal compliance
- Coordination of company apprenticeship programme
- Support managers with employee relations and employment law advice, managing complex ER, restructures and changes to T&C’s as required
- Help develop and deliver engagement and communication plans
- Performance Management, Talent & Succession Planning
- Supporting the Head of HR with large scale change projects and own smaller scale projects
- Support the development of more junior members of the HR team

Skills required in this role:

- CIPD qualified (Level 7 or equivalent)
- Previous experience of working in a senior HR role
- High level of up to date employment law knowledge
- Experience of managing recruitment campaigns
- Change and project management skills
- Experience of managing learning & development programmes
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Ability to understand and drive insights from HR data
- Experience of managing complex employee relations issues
- Good understanding of HR information Systems
- Ability to develop key stakeholder relationships, that earn trust to enable welcomed challenge and influence
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Flexible and adaptable, works well under pressure and team focused

This is a progressive forward thinking organisation who offer excellent benefits and some flexible working although the position will be based full time on site. Consideration would be given to a 4 day week (pro rata’d).
