HR Director – GB&I | Kingspan Insulation
Pembridge, Herefordshire | £90,000 – £110,000 + package | Flexible/Hybrid

Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with Kingspan Insulation to appoint an HR Director for its GB&I business.

Reporting to the Managing Director and joining the Senior Leadership Team, this is a high-impact role with responsibility for HR Operations, Payroll and Talent & Organisational Development across a multi-site manufacturing business.

Kingspan is looking for a commercially minded HR leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership. Leading a team of 12, you’ll strengthen the HR function, develop capability and create the people infrastructure needed to support the next stage of the business.

The opportunity

Your agenda will include:

• Strengthening HR operational delivery, processes and capability.
• Supporting the implementation and successful adoption of a new HRIS.
• Developing leadership capability, succession and workforce planning.
• Creating stronger talent pipelines and internal career pathways.
• Using people data and insight to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Acting as a trusted, commercially focused partner to the Managing Director and wider leadership team.

About you

You’ll be an experienced senior HR leader, ideally from a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment, with broad expertise across the employee lifecycle and a track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams.

Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable challenging the status quo, you’ll be a visible leader who can move seamlessly between the boardroom and the factory floor.
