Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support is exclusively recruiting for a market leading organisation in Worksop, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Senior Sales Order Processor / Sales Coordinator

The purpose of the role is to support the Field Sales Engineers as well as being responsible for allocated key accounts to manage through the provision of first class customer service. You will also be confident to identify growth and revenue opportunities and convert enquiries into new business.

The business, who form part of a wider Plc Group, have an unrivalled reputation in their field as being the market leaders and genuine experts in the provision of their product and service.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

- First point of contact for allocated key accounts
- Delivery of a first class customer experience
- Identify growth and/or revenue opportunities
- Convert enquiries into new business
- Upselling products and services
- Drive sales and support Field Sales Engineers
- Identify opportunities for business development
- Continual maintenance of key accounts
- Generating quotes
- Processing orders

Key Skills Required:

- Experience within a sales/customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
