HR at the epicentre of an organisation

Human Resources,  more commonly referred to as ‘HR’, is at the very epicentre of any organisation – plying a key role in attracting, retaining, developing and motivating employees, as well acting as an intrinsic function which drives the culture, people strategy, performance and success of an organisation.
