Elevation Recruitment Group moves to a brand-new state-of-the-art office space in Rotherham.

Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to unveil its brand-new, state-of-the-art head office, boasting three times the office space, a strategic move to future proof the businesses growth aspirations and to deliver top-notch facilities for its valued employees, clients, and candidates.

Since the introduction of flexible home working, Elevation decided to create a ‘Super Hub’ for all employees, across both of their Yorkshire regional offices, to work together and the new office is now the go-to location for the entire business. The feedback they have received from employees has been outstanding, especially since the business has ensured the very best facilities are on offer including free parking for over 200+ staff, fully equipped interactive Technogym and fitness classes, modern kitchen and social space and a brand new market leading CRM system.

The new office also boasts a large seminar hall for in-house/client events, multiple boardrooms for interviews/meetings, a podcast room, training academy zone, wellbeing breakout rooms, and online Teams/Skype pods.

Founded in 2010, Elevation is a proud Yorkshire firm offering specialist recruitment solutions to local companies and jobseekers. The new office, located at Dodds Close, is a much-needed larger space with the Elevation team now employing over 90+ people, leading the company to invest in larger premises to accommodate its continued expansion plans.
